Kopi4d Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms of use for the kopi4d platform, which are binding on all users who register and use our services. Please read carefully before making any transaction or using any feature on the platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Subject to Malaysian law.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the kopi4d platform, you agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement covers all updates, amendments, or additions that may be made from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register or continue using the kopi4d platform. Continued use after any updated terms have been published will be considered full acceptance of those changes.
The kopi4d platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the kopi4d platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. kopi4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to verify may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the kopi4d support team.
Never share your login details with anyone. kopi4d will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the kopi4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the value of each transaction before confirming it.
Deposits are processed via legitimate local Malaysian payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change in line with the platform's current policies.
Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. Processing time is one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved. A valid Malaysian government-issued ID is required.
Kopi4d reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
Any charges related to fund transfers are the user's responsibility. kopi4d is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures by third parties — such as banks or digital wallet providers — during transaction processing.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the kopi4d platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
- Sharing or selling account access to a third party
- Intentionally disrupting or damaging the platform's infrastructure
- Registering an account using a false identity or fabricated information
Kopi4d Limitation of Liability
The kopi4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. kopi4d is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including system outages, unauthorised third-party access, or decisions made based on information available on the platform.
Platform Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software code on the kopi4d platform are the exclusive property of this platform. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written permission.
The kopi4d logo and brand name are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kopi4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, subject to kopi4d's internal review decision. For account closures requested by the user, the standard withdrawal procedure for any remaining balance will apply.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The kopi4d platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kopi4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external websites or services. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Kopi4d reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically. Malaysian law applies to all disputes relating to these terms.
